This is a birthday cake for a child. Here I tried out a new type of decoration.

Cake for 35th birthday

This is the cake for 35th birthday. It has a variation on the standard decoration scheme by having the swirls at an angle.

Uniform decoration on a three layer cake

This cake has a uniform decoration over its surface. It has three layers and in total 4 kg. It was made for a baptism of a child.

Football cake

This is a fondant decoration of a football. Hexagons are made as grooves on the white fondant. Pentagons are cut from a black fondant and then attached at correct places on the white fondant. The sizes of pentagons and hexagons must be in proportion to the size of the ball. For the shape of the ball a kitchen sieve was used.
